Children of the Street was founded in 1995, when a group of parents from the Lower Mainland united after their children were sexually exploited.
Recognizing that this tragic occurrence could happen to any child in the community, Children of the Street began providing a series of workshops aimed at educating and preventing children and youth from being affected by this crime.
